Sometimes our members and friends ask what they can do to help. If you are unable to work on a committee we have come up with this general list of things we need.
We will add and subtract from it depending on the response.

*We are looking for wood & glass cases for some of our smaller exhibit pieces. Various sizes will likely be acceptable.
*We need mannequins, especially those with heads for our clothing exhibits.
*We need a box of white copy paper!
Free Services:
*Looking for someone to come in and clean once a month. If you have an hour or three hours, anything will help.
*Looking for someone to assist with certain, specific office & computer related activities. Just once a month.
*We need a couple of people to be added to the volunteer list for basic carpentry or work touch ups. These people or others must be able to be called on for lifting and moving of furniture.
Class 1, more expensive:
dehumidifier, must be new
refrigerator, must be new
Class 2, more affordable:
telephone, new
answering machine, new
folding metal chairs in good condition
hard plastic serving tables, full size
sawhorses & long boards for
basement storage shelves
Class 3, the basics:
copy/typing paper
pens & very basic office supplies
posterboard
painting supplies: brushes, drop cloths, trays, rollers
cleaning supplies of all types
old, white sheets for covering furniture, must be very clean
